Carol is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (UK) and Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). Carol’s work experience spans over a period of over 12 years having worked for a major Micro-Finance Organisation.
Carol currently holds the position of Director at ICM Holdings Limited which is an Investment Holding Company with investments in the following wholly owned subsidiaries:

- PlanetHome Innovations
-ICM Equities
- ICM Consulting
Ignatius has been a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)(UK) since September 2010 and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He has enjoyed working stints with the Zambian member firm of Grant Thornton International and the Mahtani Group of Companies (based at Head Office).
